Our refill service encourages clients to refill our vessels or your bespoke items.
All of our fragrances are available for refills.
Refills in any fragrance
Please note that burning a refill candle outside of our container or in any other container poses a fire risk.
Our unique wax blend not only results in a longer burn time but makes it easier to remove the last traces of wax from the vessel, so you can return for a refill.
Simply sit your nearly empty (we recommend 1cm left) pot in a half-filled heatproof bowl containing hot water (not boiling, this may crack the porcelain).
When you see the edge of the wax start to melt, you should find it easy to remove. Be sure to remove any remaining wax in your vessel with a paper towel.
Alternatively you can place the vessel in a freezer for 2-3 hours which will encourage the wax to release from the container.
